In the upcoming Thursday classes we will be building all the elements to make an acroyoga flow, this is a sequence of poses that can lead one into the next. Pop along to find out the next step in our flow. No partner or prior experience needed.
Acroyoga is a beautiful practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga and the healing, loving nature of Thai massage. You take away many benefits not limited to strength building and exercise, there are also the mental health benefits. Acroyoga breaks down trust barriers many of us face in our everyday lives, builds communication and partner balance improves concentration.
About the Class…
This Thursday class runs for two hours and is open to all levels, including complete beginners. It will be a session to have some fun, learn some new skills or refine on what you already know, and to meet more of the Acroyoga community in Reading.
Each class will start off with warming up the body, through games, stretches and partner yoga. Followed by building your acroyoga experience and ending off the session with a cool down.
